Photonics School 2026 "Meta-Antennas"

The scientific school aims to promote the modern trends in optics and photonics through the series of the invited lectures and practical classes. The special theme for this edition is “Meta-Antennas”.

The specific topics of lectures and practical classes include the general theory of antennas, microwave metasurfaces for antennas applications, dielectric nanophotonics, Huygens’ metasurfaces, vortex beam generation.

Participant information

Ukrainian Bachelor, Master, PhD students and young scientists are welcome to apply. The number of available places is limited to 30 participants. Successful completion of the School will be confirmed by the certificates. Applicants are encouraged (optionally) to present their research results in a poster format, the best posters will be awarded.

The format of participation is in-person (offline).

The travel grants are available for the participants out of Chernivtsi. The registration for travel grant deadline is April, 5. The results will be announced on April, 13.
